Some people move in one direction, and some keeps on trying to explore unknown waters. Both have their own tastes. Himanshu has always been inclined towards the second category of people.

By qualification a mechanical engineer, he moved from the manufacturing domain to industrial sales with a Fortune-500 company. The journey of exploring new areas continued to take him to SAP consulting and then IT business development, and then heading Japan country operations of an IT consulting multinational.

Considering the challenges multinational companies face in Japan, especially in finding tech talent because of the huge demand-supply gap, the idea of founding ReachExt K.K. took shape. ReachExt K.K. is a recruitment company in Japan focusing on information technology talent.

After co-founding ReachExt K.K., Himanshu co-founded EJable [job board for Tech talent in Japan]. Subsequently, the realization that Japanese multinationals in other countries regularly need to hire Japanese-speaking bilinguals to bridge with the Headquarters and non-English speaking Japanese colleagues, the services of EJ were extended to other countries as well.

Himanshu is also an Advisory Board Member of a Silicon Valley AI/IoT startup. Himanshu is based in Tokyo, Japan.
